What Scratchia is

Scratchia is an app for scratch-art pictures. A coating lies on top with a picture hidden underneath: run your finger across it, the way a coin runs across a scratch card, and the image opens up behind the movement.

The shared picture of the day has “Invite everyone”; private rooms open by invitation link, and a room supports up to 10 people.

What you can do

Scratch with a finger
The trail follows your finger and stays put: after you rotate the screen and come back, the picture is open in exactly the same places.
Four coatings
Silver, gold, night and copper — the layer on top looks different each time, while the picture under it is the same.
No hunt for crumbs
Once 85% is open, the rest crumbles away by itself. No poking around for invisible specks of coating.
